Hard cheese “Gouda” Shostka
The most popular cheese in Holland, a descendant of the classic Dutch Edamer.
It matured for at least 5 weeks, acquiring a delicate, slightly salty, creamy taste with barely noticeable sourness. It has a light yellow color, the “eyes” are absent or small and round in section.
This light cheese make tastier pasta and pizzas, and will be a great addition to baked meat.
