Supporting the psychological stability of Lactalis employees
Caring not only about the physical health of employees by providing quality insurance to all employees and their children*, Lactalis, together with the team of the WellBeing consulting company, launched an online psychological support service.
The corporate program offers a range of free psychological support options for all employees – individual online consultations with psychologists, webinars, and weekly meetings in online groups. Each Lactalis employee can choose the most effective therapy for himself from the offered options.
