On October 4, the world celebrated Animal Day. For the Lactalis Group, animal protection is a crucial pillar of corporate social responsibility.

As part of World Animal Day, a webinar was held for all company employees. The main speaker was Olena AKULOVA, director of Milk Collection department Lactalis in Ukraine.

During the webinar, which was attended by more than 100 company employees, they discussed animal protection and welfare and the principle of the «Five Freedoms». In addition, employees learned about the company’s interesting innovations on the Ukrainian market and why cows on partner farms are addressed as «Your Majesty».
